Cooking Instructions

Do not thaw or defrost before cooking.

• Peel off one side of the plastic layer from the frozen roti.

• Place the uncovered side directly onto a preheated pan.

• Once the roti warms slightly, carefully remove the second plastic layer.

• Heat for approximately 2 minutes, pressing gently until fully cooked.

Storage & Handling

• Keep Frozen: Store at or below -18°C.

• Important: Do not refreeze after the product has thawed.

• Keep the product frozen until ready to cook.
