Cooking Instructions

• Do not thaw or defrost the roti before cooking.

• Peel off one side of the plastic layer.

• Place the uncovered side directly onto a preheated pan (tawa).

• Remove the remaining top plastic layer carefully.

• Cook on a medium-low flame for approximately 2 minutes.

• Press gently, then flip the roti and cook for another 2 minutes.

• Heat until both sides are thoroughly warmed or develop light golden spots.

• Serve hot with your favourite accompaniment.
