Pastry:

• Wheat Flour

• Margarine

• Vegetable Oil

• Water

Cooking Instructions

• Heat oil to medium temperature (170–175°C).

• Place frozen Dal Puri carefully into the hot oil.

• Deep fry for 5–6 minutes or until golden brown.

• Serve hot and enjoy with sauce, chutney, or your favorite side dish.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below until ready to cook.
