Ingredients

Base Spices:

• Red Chili

• Coriander

• Paprika

• Turmeric

• Cumin

• Black Pepper

Aromatic Ingredients:

• Muskmelon

• Bay Leaf

• Cinnamon

• Fennel

• Green Cardamom

• Cloves

• Garlic

• Ginger

Additional Ingredients: Salt, Canola Oil, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sugar, Silicon Dioxide (Anti-Caking Agent), Natural & Artificial Food Flavors.

How to Cook

• Heat oil or ghee and fry thinly sliced onions until golden brown. Remove and crush them.

• Add 1 kg meat, beaten yogurt, and the entire packet of Shan Korma Masala. Fry for 5–10 minutes.

• Add 1 to 1.5 cups of water, cover, and cook on low heat for 20–30 minutes until the meat becomes tender.

• When the oil separates to the top, add the crushed fried onions and julienned ginger.

• Simmer for another 5 minutes and serve hot with naan, paratha, or rice.
