Usage Instructions

• Marination: Mix Teer Biryani Masala with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and fried onions. Marinate meat for 30–60 minutes.

• Prepare Gravy: Cook the marinated meat on medium-low heat until tender and oil separates.

• Cook Rice: Parboil Chinigura or Basmati rice with whole spices until approximately 75% cooked.

• Layering: Layer the cooked meat gravy with the partially cooked rice.

• Dum Cooking: Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, food color, milk or ghee. Cover tightly and steam for 15–20 minutes.
